| Eligible Returns | Competition suits and non-team posing suits only. Must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your suit to be eligible. |
| Return Deadline | Suits must be received by ACBIKINIS within 14 days of delivery. |
| Return Condition | Unworn, Unaltered, no residue, tags/hygienic liners attached. |
| Refund Type | 100% Store Credit, Full Suit Exchange or 75% refund to payment method (if qualified) |
| Shipping Costs | Original Shipping not refunded. Customer pays return shipping. |
| Cleaning Fee | $30 if suit shows wear, residue, missing tags/liners non-negotiable. |
| Non-returnable Items | Team posing suits, loged posing suits, FINAL SALE items. |
| Custom Cut Fee | $50.00 per custom top size or bottom cut |
| Alterations | Free Alterations, tighten, or loosen back connector or bottom connectors. |
| Connector Change | Free Swapping top, middle, bottom, back connector. If original order did not pay for halter top or back connector and additional +$10-$30 fee added. |
| Order Change | $30 fee to change fabric colors, crystal color, crystal design or connectors after the order has already been placed. |
| Rush Fee | If suit is needed to be rushed less than 4 weeks customer may be required to pay rush fee. |
