Eligible ReturnsCompetition suits and non-team posing suits only. Must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your suit to be eligible. 
Return DeadlineSuits must be received by ACBIKINIS within 14 days of delivery.
Return ConditionUnworn, Unaltered, no residue, tags/hygienic liners attached.
Refund Type100% Store Credit, Full Suit Exchange or 75% refund to payment method (if qualified) 
Shipping CostsOriginal Shipping not refunded. Customer pays return shipping. 
Cleaning Fee$30 if suit shows wear, residue, missing tags/liners non-negotiable.
Non-returnable ItemsTeam posing suits, loged posing suits, FINAL SALE items.
Custom Cut Fee$50.00 per custom top size or bottom cut
AlterationsFree Alterations, tighten, or loosen back connector or bottom connectors. 
Connector ChangeFree Swapping top, middle, bottom, back connector. If original order did not pay for halter top or back connector and additional +$10-$30 fee added. 
Order Change$50 fee to change fabric colors, crystal color, crystal design after the order has already been placed. $30 fee to change any connectors. 
Rush FeeIf suit is needed to be rushed less than 4 weeks customer may be required to pay rush fee.
