Yes, you can return it for store credit or a partial refund, or exchange it for a different size. You must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving it and return it within 14 days.

First, watch the videos below to make sure your suit is being worn correctly and truly doesn’t fit. If it still doesn't fit, use the button above to start a return or alteration. We’ll help you get your suit show-day ready! If it’s just a little too loose or tight at the hips or back connector, we can easily alter it. If the cup size on the top is too big or too small, we’ll likely need to exchange it for another size.

Eligible returns get 100% store credit or 75% back to your original payment method. Pre-owned suits get less.

It must be unworn, with tags and hygienic liners attached, and no residue. A $30 fee applies if it’s not in perfect condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless you paid for Easy Returns — in that case, we’ll send you a free return label.

Team suits, Logoed suits, FINAL SALE items, and suits not approved for return within 7 days of delivery are not eligible for return.
