Before getting pregnant I was training with TEP. Adam is knowledgeable and very precise in evaluating each athlete individually. The science behind everything he does is always intriguing and well worth the effort to understand. I would 100% recommend TEP for anyone wanting to compete. Who doesn’t love high carb, low cardio options over starving out for 12-16 weeks?
