SHAWN RAY'S HAWAIIAN CLASSIC Waikiki, Hawaii November 18th

Shift #1
Date: Friday, November 17, 2023
Time & Event: 3:45 pm- 7:15pm at Athlete Check In's at the Hawaii Convention Center - Kamehameha III. 1801 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815.
Duties: Hand out good luck gifts to all female athletes at check ins. Wish the athletes good luck and offer words of encouragement. Remember that the best part of this sport is YOU, the community of athletes! Use this time to build connections and pump up the athletes that will be on stage the next day. A lot of them will be super nervous as there are a lot of first timers. You are role models and anything you say to the athletes will stick, thanks for sharing your energy with them.
Note: There will be a box ready for you at athlete check ins with gifts to hand out to the athletes. 

Shift #2
Date: Saturday, November 18th, 2023
Time & Event: 4:00 pm- 7:00pm at Athlete Check In's at the Hawaii Convention Center - Kamehameha III. 1801 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815.
Duties: Present trophies on stage in your ACB Dress. 

You’ll receive your ACB crystallized Confidence dress a few weeks before the event. Please bring this along with any other ACB Products you have to display at the booth.
Note: If you already have an ACB crystallized Confidence dress choose, "Pick Up" for your shipping option and we will NOT send you a dress.
